Frequently Asked Questions
How do I book a campsite?
You book the campsite through the campground/RV park. We do not book your campsite. You can either book a campsite first, then call us to see what trailers we have available for the dates you booked or get in touch with us first to see what trailers we have available that would best suite the campsite and number of people in your group.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in time is 2:00 PM
This may be impacted on holidays and summer weekends. We work as quickly and swiftly as we can to ensure 2:00 PM check-in time. Should check-in time be later than 2:00 PM, we will notify you ahead of time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM
Late checkout cannot be arranged. An additional $50 will be charged for every half hour you stay past your check out time. You are responsible for the trailer until check-out time. If you would like to check-out early, please let us know so we can arrange to pick up the trailer early.
How do I check-in and check-out?
Checking-in
Your trailer will be parked and ready to go at the campsite number you provided us with. Trailer door(s) will be locked with the key stored in a small lock box on the tongue (front) of the trailer. A few days before your trip you will receive an e-mail with all the information/instructions for your stay including the lock box code which the keys will be in. Please leave key in lock box every time you leave the campsite. Lost or damaged keys will result in a $50 fee.
Checking-out
Make sure to grab all your personal belongings. Make sure trailer is in the same condition as when you first arrived. Close and lock trailer door(s) and put key(s) back in lock box. Take a look around the trailer and your campsite and clean up all trash to ensure our guests being welcomed back to the campground in the future.
Do the trailers have electricity and water?
All trailers have electricity and running water. When staying at a full hook-up site (water, electric, sewer) all electric and water functions will work. When dry camping (no water, electric, sewer hook-ups) you can either conserve your battery while the solar panel keeps a charge or rent a generator from us, which will run all electric functions in the trailer including AC/heater and water pump. When dry camping, water supply will be limited to the trailer’s tank capacity (60 gallons), which we fill before your stay. With a little conserving of water, this will be plenty for your stay. If needed, we can replenish the water tank during your stay for an additional fee. We also provide a mobile sewage pump-out service for an additional fee, although it is rarely needed. AC/heater, microwave, TV and 120v wall outlets will not run on solar, must rent generator to run these while dry camping.
What items are provided? What items do I need to bring?
For a complete list of the items we provide and the items you need to bring, visit out Trailers page. Items listed in green are what we provide. Items listed in red are what you need to bring.
What items are available for rent?
For a complete list of the items we rent, please visit our Items For Rent page.
Will the refrigerator be ready when I arrive?
We do our best to run the refrigerator/freezer on the morning of your trip, as it takes 5-6 hours to get it to maximum coldness. If refrigerator/freezer is loaded with room temperature/warm items when you arrive, it will take over twice as long to get cold and potentially never reach peak coldness. We suggest bringing a cooler/ice chest for the first day of your trip to ensure proper refrigerator/freezer function for the rest of your stay. Please do not put any fish you catch in the refrigerator/freezer. It is extremely difficult to remove the smell. An additional cleaning fee may apply if we detect fish odors.
Are pets allowed?
No, we do not allow any pets in our trailers. We will be notified by the campground if any pets are present in our trailers or at your camp. If it is determined there is a pet present, a $500 fee will be applied and your stay will be over at that time, with no refund. You will also be banned from any future stays with us. Please respect our pet policy. It is enforced to ensure the clean, like new trailers we take pride in.
Do I need to be at the campground when the trailer is delivered/set-up?
No, the customer does not need to be present while we deliver and set-up the trailer. If you are present while we deliver/set-up, it’s not an issue - we’ll gladly show you how the trailer works and all it’s functions.
Can I use the trailer’s awning (retractable shade cover) during my stay?
You may use the awning, accepting full responsibility for any damage that might occur to awning during your stay. DO NOT open awning when there is wind. Please close awning before leaving camp and before going to bed. Use of awning is dependent on a good judgment call and 100% your responsibility. Any damage to awning will result in minimum $500 fee.
Are tents allowed to be setup at camp next to the trailer?
As long as the campground is okay with it, so are we. Please check with the campground you book before your stay.
What if something breaks or I can’t figure out how to work something?
In the event that something on the trailer is broken, damaged, or not working properly, you are to notify us immediately. The sooner we know about the issue, the sooner we can resolve it. We will come out to you to determine what happened and whether it was the renter’s fault or not. If the damage is the renter’s fault, we will apply a penalty fee in accordance with the damage done. If it is something outside of the renter’s control, we will try our best to fix the issue right then and there at no additional charge. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you have any questions or concerns about the trailer or any of its functions. We are here to help and make your stay as smooth as possible.
