Eastern Sierra RV Rentals has a 30 day cancellation policy. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to your check-in date will result in loss of deposit, no refund. We will try our best to re-book the dates you cancelled. If we are able to re-book your cancelled dates, we will issue a refund minus a $50 service fee. If we are unable to re-book your cancelled dates, no refund will be issued.  Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to your check-in date will result in refunded deposit minus a $50 service fee. Cancellations due to weather conditions or acts of God, such as but not limited to wildfires or earthquakes, will not be accepted. You assume all weather related risks. If you must reschedule or change your reservation, you may do so 30 days or more prior to your check-in date. Any change will result in a $50 service fee. Changes made to your reservation less than 30 days prior to your check-in date will be treated as a cancellation and no refund will be issued, unless we are able to book the dates you cancelled.  In the case of no show, deposit will be forfeited. You must let us know if you will not be showing up for your reserved dates. In the case of multiple no shows, Eastern Sierra RV Rentals may suspend future bookings with you.
